Irritation!

What a great weekend! We spent way too much money... but sometimes I think that's necessary!

Larry Don and I spent most of the day in Arkadelphia today. He had a lesson and we watched the Jazz Band play! It was pretty... well.. decent :) But my cause of irritation came from two young ladies who thought flirting with my husband would be a good way to begin the evening. Now, normally, I don't mind it. It makes me feel like I've got a good catch (which I knew already :D). However, these girls made it very hard for me to be nice. Why would they think it was okay to flirt with my husband AND snub me? Oh well. I guess life's kinda tough all around :)

I'm pretty excited about Thanksgiving, though! I get to see the grandma I haven't spoken to or seen in 4 years, even though she lives right here in Magnolia! Oh how interesting my life is. You really should ask me about it sometime.

Have a Great Turkey Day!

Thank you!

I just wanted to thank everyone for the comments! It's so nice to know people are praying for us! Everything seems to be okay now, so praise the Lord!

I feel this whole ordeal will make us even more thankful when we are ready to have children! Thank you again for your comments and especially your prayers! I couldn't be more ready for this weekend... and next week! I absolutely love Thanksgiving! Larry Don and I are going on a big date tomorrow and then we get to help lead worship at Waterbrook on Sunday! I'm so excited about what God is doing in our lives and at this church! It's amazing to watch Him move!

I pray you all will have a blessed weekend!

first entry!

Well who knows how long this will last. Or if anyone will read it. I had a xanga a long time ago, but this seems to be where the cool people are.

As most know, we've moved back to Magnolia. We're living exactly 3 houses down the street from my mom, and luckily, so far, she hasn't bugged us too much. I've started working at a new preschool, Mrs. Mandy's Learning Center and Larry Don is dragging himself to Southern Aluminum every morning. We're still looking into grad school, and hopefully it'll still work out! I'd like a new experience.

We're sort of going through a difficult time this week. Monday night, I was having a few "female" problems and almost went to the ER. Instead, I tried to sleep and went to the doctor on Tuesday. She said she's about 95+% sure that I've had a miscarriage. Larry Don and I had suspected that I was pregnant, but weren't positive yet. We're both a little upset. Though we don't feel we're ready to be parents, it's no less a loss. We would really appreciate your prayers.

Well, we'll see if this ever gets updated!
